A skipper polo made of knit.
The body is knitted with a 3G tuck stitch using a household knitting machine, a technique where the machine is operated by hand.
The placket, a design feature of the skipper, is hand-crocheted and combined into the design.
We used a yarn that gives a bumpy texture with unevenness in its expression, as if hand-spun, and a knot yarn that creates a bumpy texture with its knots, combining these two different materials that are dyed separately to create a mixed-tone effect.
