These are basic 5-pocket pants with a high back yoke, universal zip fly, and herringbone fabric for the pocket lining. An original leather patch is attached to the waistband.
The hip area is slightly relaxed, and the pants feature a roomy straight silhouette, widening from the thighs down. The 1.2mm wide, slightly thicker belt loops create a rugged look. We use core spun threads of counts 20, 30, and 50, varying them by part and adjusting the stitch length during sewing. The back pockets feature a distinctive teardrop shape.
After sewing, the front edges, cuffs, and collar are hand-damaged with a grinder, followed by a stone bio-wash to create a worn-out texture. The fabric used is a reproduction of duck material, known for its thick and durable qualities, traditionally used for workwear and cold-weather clothing in harsh working environments. This fabric is specially dyed so that the dye does not fully penetrate the core of the threads, resulting in a white core that develops a distinct appearance after washing.
