KANEMASA PHIL. - 36G ECONYL Embossed Blouson - BLACK

A back-brushed fabric made from a blend of recycled nylon ECONYL and recycled Suvin cotton. It is knitted on a 36G loopwheel knitting machine, of which there is only one in Japan.

The nylon material is on the outer surface, and the cotton material is on the inner surface, almost like a reversible fabric. The unique luster and high-gauge density combine to create a texture unlike any other material.

With cotton on the skin side, it offers a smooth feel against the skin, providing a comfort that belies its appearance.

This material undergoes a special supercalender process to achieve maximum luster, followed by a leather-like embossing. This processing reduces breathability and provides wind resistance, making it a functional material.

By processing only the nylon side, it becomes a new material with both luster and a textured feel, while retaining the properties of cotton.

It boasts high stretchability, making it incredibly comfortable once worn. It also resists shape changes like wrinkles during wear and is easy to care for. Of course, it is also machine washable.

A blouson created with a good balance. It features a rounded silhouette.

Designed to be easy to wear whether the collar is folded or zipped all the way up, and the hem also has an adjuster,
allowing for various styles of wear.

A material recycled by Italy's Aquafil, which removes impurities from fishing nets and old carpets to produce nylon of the same quality as virgin nylon. We were the first Japanese factory brand to sign a contract, establishing an exclusive agreement for circular knit fabrics.
