KANEMASA PHIL. - 36G ECONYL Embossed Ideal Shirt - BROWN

This brushed-back material is created by interweaving ECONYL recycled nylon and recycled suvin cotton. It is knitted on a 36G brushed-back knitting machine, the only one of its kind in Japan.

The nylon material is on the outer surface, and the cotton material is on the inner surface, almost like a reversible fabric. The unique luster and high-gauge density create a texture that is truly one of a kind.

With cotton on the skin side, it offers a smooth feel that provides a comfort contradictory to its appearance.

This material undergoes a special super calendar process to achieve maximum luster, followed by a leather-like embossing process. This processing reduces breathability and provides wind resistance, making it a functional material.

By applying the process only to the nylon side, it becomes a new material with a lustrous and textured surface while retaining the properties of cotton.

It boasts high stretchability, offering irresistible comfort once worn, and maintains its shape well with minimal wrinkling, making it easy to care for. Of course, it is also machine washable.

The details feature a dress shirt style with all seams French-seamed. It's a new standard piece that fuses casual and formal elements, modifying archived designs with respect.
