Woven on a 36G loopwheel knitting machine, the only one of its kind in Japan, this fabric achieves a unique and unprecedented texture. By blending nylon yarn into the middle yarn, it expresses a distinctive stretchiness and chewy feel. Combined with the high gauge, the material has a unique luster.
During the manufacturing process, tumble drying is performed to minimize shrinkage after washing. Dyed with a special technique called pigment dye, it results in a finished product with varying color shades and depth. As it is worn, aging effects such as color fading occur, creating a vintage finish that contrasts with the luxurious material.
From the side line towards the hem, there are twisted seams that create a silhouette that follows the body's lines. These are what are known as three-dimensional cut trousers.
These sweatpants have a unique feel, balancing both drape and firmness. The dimensions are straight, but due to the pattern, they can also appear to have a flare silhouette.
