As the name suggests, this is KANEMASA PHIL.'s classic loose-fit shirt, maximizing the beautiful drape created by its relaxed silhouette and material.
The material used is an original fabric created by reproducing the look of high-density typewriter cloth woven with knit using a 46G super high-gauge knitting machine. Despite its high density, it boasts excellent stretch, providing a comfortable wearing experience that you won't want to take off once you try it on.
Furthermore, it is resistant to wrinkles and loss of shape during wear, offering excellent easy-care properties. It is the brand's unique new standard shirt fabric, combining crispness and a beautiful luster with the flexibility unique to knitwear.
For the raw material, 160/1 extra-fine recycled Suvin cotton is used in a double-ply yarn. By using gas-gassed yarn, it suppresses fuzzing while bringing out a clearer, higher-quality luster. In addition, by blending 75D high-shrinkage recycled polyester, excellent stretch and comfortable wear have been achieved.
The pattern expression is constructed using our proprietary high-gauge jacquard technology. Since the optimal organizational design is chosen for each pattern, the blending ratio varies for each item, allowing you to enjoy different textures and expressions.
The details are designed based on classic dress shirts. All seams are flat-felled, and the buttons are luxurious shell buttons. Due to the crispness and luster of the material, despite its oversized fit, it never becomes too casual, maintaining a sophisticated dignity. This is a KANEMASA PHIL.-esque luxurious loose-fit piece, combining the elegant expression created by the fabric with the relaxed feeling produced by the generous pattern.
The brand logo is engraved on the back of the buttons, reflecting the brand's attention to detail.
*Flat-felled seam
A sewing specification where the seam allowance is sewn twice, enveloping it with the fabric. It is soft against the skin and highly durable.
Since the seam allowance is not visible, it features a beautiful finish.
