The back yoke is high, with a Universal zip fly and herringbone pocket lining that retains some of the raw cotton. The front features an intuck design to create a relaxed hip area, forming a gently tapered silhouette. The slightly thicker 1.2mm wide belt loops add a touch of ruggedness. We have updated the silhouette with subtle adjustments, such as slimming the waist and widening the hem.This 14.5oz denim uses 6x6 count yarns with 63.5x40 threads per inch, and the spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing are all done in Japan. The raw cotton is organic cotton from Burkina Faso, one of Africa's largest cotton-producing countries. It is grown in a climate ideal for cotton cultivation and carefully hand-picked when fully ripe. By leveraging the quality of the material and employing a special spinning process, we have created beautifully straight yarns, resulting in a denim with a luxurious feel unlike traditional denim.
