The warp is rope-dyed with an intermediate indigo color using 6S brown cotton (fake brown cotton). This allows us to reproduce a realistic vintage color that isn't too dark. Due to the effect of the brown cotton, you can enjoy a natural, aged fade like vintage clothing as you wear it. Furthermore, by using 6S for the weft, the twill line on the surface is well-defined, resulting in a very balanced material. The fabric is woven on old power looms and features selvedge. We use raw fabric that has not undergone finishing, so you will see twisting and fluff. The fabric is custom-ordered to reproduce vintage denim.
