This time, we're introducing house of naked's new spring/summer materials, which have been popular since their 25AW launch. These knits are made from a blend of silk and cashmere, which, at first glance, might seem incompatible to consumers like me. We have a V-neck knit and a cardigan that gained attention last season. Both use the same yarn but are clearly designed for different purposes and ways of wearing. The blend yarn combines silk with cashmere that has fine fibers, allowing for a less intense brushed feel.
The cardigan subtly changes its impression when fastened versus unfastened. Its structure prevents the silhouette from collapsing, from the way it drapes from the shoulders to the body, to the wider-set buttons, and even the width of the placket. Its versatility as both an outer layer and a knit top will be appreciated by those who purchased it in 25AW.
