A high-density waffle weave, packed to the limit, using 100% recycled waste yarn. It features a clean surface due to its high density, bio-processing, and high-spec raw materials. It is finished by combining 40/1 count yarn on an 18G old-fashioned machine. The combined yarn stands firmly, resulting in a beautiful, even surface.
Furthermore, by slowly knitting on an old-fashioned double-sided machine without applying excessive tension, the fabric gains a pleasant loft. Compared to conventional waffles that tend to stretch out, this waffle has excellent kickback and can create a unique drape. For white and black colors, a mottled color is achieved by re-dyeing them while washing from the same color fabric. Other colors are pigment-dyed, utilizing the unique unevenness of the waffle, resulting in a processed look.
As it is worn, it will undergo aging such as fading, creating a vintage feel that is contrary to high-end materials. It features a loose, rounded silhouette with ample width.
