This is a dense waffle fabric, woven to its absolute limit using 100% recycled slub yarn.
It features a dense weave, bio-processing, and high-spec raw materials, resulting in a clean surface.
The yarn is 40/1 count, woven together on an 18G old-style machine.
By weaving the yarns together, they stand firmly, resulting in a beautiful, even surface.
Furthermore, by slowly knitting on an old-style double-knit machine without applying excessive stress, the fabric gains volume.
Compared to conventional stretchy waffle fabrics, this one has excellent kickback and creates a unique drape.
The white and black colors are achieved by re-washing and dyeing the fabric from the same color, creating a mottled effect.
Other colors are dyed using a special technique called pigment dyeing after the fabric dyeing process.
This results in color unevenness and a deep, rich hue.
As you wear it, the color will fade, creating an aged appearance and a vintage feel that contrasts with the luxurious material.
