This carsey fabric is created by knitting two 20/1 thick yarns on an old 28G knitting machine, maximizing the thickness it can handle. Our artisans have employed their skills to maximize the twill weave to create a carsey knit.
We have worked to twist the yarn as much as possible to create a crisp, dry texture. This new material has a unique crispness and a firm, stiff feel due to a special resin treatment. Contrary to its appearance, it is light and soft, giving it a fresh new feel. It is, of course, machine washable.
It features a rounded box silhouette with large hip pockets. Every part, from the armholes to the body width, has been carefully calculated and patterned to maximize the fabric's potential. This is a single-sleeve blouson with ample body width.
The original buffalo buttons are engraved on the back. This new blouson design makes the most of the material's qualities, creating a three-dimensional shape by overlapping the pocket lining.
Note: Due to the special processing applied to the fabric, some slight irregularities may occur, but please be aware that this is characteristic of the fabric.
