KANEMASA PHIL. - 36G ECONYL Embossed Blouson - BROWN

This brushed fabric is made from a blended weave of recycled nylon ECONYL and recycled Suvin cotton. It's knitted on a 36G brushed fabric knitting machine, of which there's only one in Japan.

The nylon material is on the outer surface, and the cotton material is on the inner surface, almost like a reversible fabric. The unique luster and high-gauge density combine to create an unparalleled texture.

With cotton on the skin side, it offers a smooth feel against the skin, providing a comfort that belies its appearance.

This material undergoes a special super calendar process to maximize its luster, followed by a leather-like embossing process. This processing reduces breathability and provides wind resistance, making it a functional material.

By applying the process only to the nylon side, it becomes a new material with both luster and a textured feel, while retaining the properties of cotton.

It boasts high stretchability, offering a comfort you won't want to take off once you try it. It also exhibits minimal shape change, such as wrinkles, after wear, making it highly easy to care for. Of course, it is also machine washable.

This blouson is designed with a good balance, featuring a rounded silhouette.

It's made to be easy to wear, whether you fold down the collar or zip it all the way up, and the hem also has an adjuster,
allowing for various styling options.

This material is recycled by Aquafil, an Italian company, from impurities in fishing nets and old carpets, and is of equivalent quality to virgin nylon. We were the first Japanese factory brand to sign a contract with them, securing an exclusive agreement for circular knit fabrics.
