By knitting with the 36G fleece knitting machine, the only one of its kind in Japan, we have created a unique material unlike any other.
By blending nylon yarn into the middle yarn, we've achieved a distinctive stretch and plump texture.
Combined with the high gauge, the material has a unique luster.
By tumble drying during the production process, we've minimized shrinkage after washing.
It is dyed using a special pigment dye technique, which tends to create uneven coloring, resulting in a rich, deep hue.
As you wear it, the color will fade and change over time, creating a vintage finish that contrasts with the luxurious material.
By meticulously calculating every part, including the armholes and body width, and drafting the pattern accordingly, we have maximized the fabric's potential.
Only the collar part uses moleskin material as a partial accent. This is a single-sleeved blouson with a generous body width.
The original buffalo horn buttons are engraved on the back.
By overlapping the pocket bags, we've created a three-dimensional shape, resulting in a new blouson that makes the most of the material's quality.
