This unique material is created by knitting on a 36G loopwheel machine, the only one of its kind in Japan, achieving an unparalleled fabric.
Nylon yarn is blended into the middle yarn to create a distinctive stretch and chewy texture.
Combined with the high gauge, the material has a unique sheen. Lame threads are incorporated into this material, creating a new type of brushed lining that changes its appearance depending on the viewing angle. The lame threads are also incorporated into the ribbing by adjusting the number of threads used, making it appear appropriately ribbed.
Sewn at one of Japan's leading cut-and-sew factories, the thick, high-density fabric, which is said to be difficult to sew, is beautifully finished.
All rib areas feature blousing construction, creating a relaxed design.
The design incorporates relaxed details that contrast with the lustrous fabric.
A classic pullover with a moderately loose fit. All parts, from the armholes and body width to the hood, are carefully calculated and patterned to maximize the fabric's potential.
Its rounded box silhouette also makes it suitable for layering.
