It is knitted in a high-density typewriter weave on a custom 36-gauge circular knitting machine. We cross-knitted 1/60 Super 120 non-mulesing wool yarn, the finest yarn that can be knitted with this machine, and Solotex yarn, which has excellent shape recovery, light stretch, and overwhelming lightness.
This is a completely new wool material that maintains the functionality of wool (heat retention, antibacterial properties) while offering a dry feel and the stretch of knitwear. Of course, it is machine washable. Feel free to wash it vigorously in the washing machine.
This material develops more character with repeated washing and can be "raised" over time. The brand logo is placed on the back of the buttons. This is a standard KANEMASA PHIL. shirt. The placket and pockets are designed to match the material.
* French seam (lapped seam) - A sewing method where, to ensure a smooth feel against the skin, the fabric edge is sewn once and then folded over and sewn again, so that the raw edge is not visible.
