It is knitted in a high-density typewriter weave on a custom-made 36-gauge circular knitting machine.
We use 1/60 super 120 non-mulesing wool, the finest yarn that can be knitted on this machine.
In the final finishing process, the fabric is milled to create a slight nap, achieving a high-gauge melton fabric.
This textile combines both luxury and ruggedness.
Of course, the functionality of wool (heat retention, antibacterial properties) is maintained, resulting in a new wool material with a smooth feel and knitted stretch that has never existed before.
Polyester threads are inserted at regular intervals to create a stripe pattern in this double-breasted jacket with ample width.
Featuring small buttons, the front body is carefully calculated to allow for a beautiful drape whether worn open or buttoned, making the most of the material's natural flow.
It is finished with a balance that allows it to be worn for both formal and casual occasions.

*Non-mulesing wool
Mulesing is a practice of cutting off part of the skin and flesh around the hindquarters of lambs to prevent maggot infestation in wool-producing sheep. In contrast, non-mulesing wool is obtained from sheep raised naturally and gently, without the painful mulesing procedure.
