A custom-made 36-gauge jacquard knitting machine is used to create a high-density jersey fabric with the tightest possible weave. We use a special yarn developed from scratch, which consists of a nylon core wrapped with Super 140s wool yarn. While having the functionality of wool, this unique material boasts excellent stretch, durability, pilling resistance, and dimensional stability. The silky finish gives it an elegant sheen that, contrary to its high gauge, creates an unprecedented texture and surface appearance. Its appearance and feel have a unique atmosphere. A key feature is its high wash durability, which prevents shape loss and maintains its texture and appearance even after years of wear.
This border T-shirt is made with pre-dyed yarn in fine pitches. It features a high gauge with a slightly uneven color. The comfortable, classic fit can be worn alone or as an inner layer.
