KANEMASA PHIL. - 36G Wool Stripe Trouser - BLACK

It is knitted in a high-density typewriter weave on a custom 36-gauge circular knitting machine.
We use the finest yarn that can be knitted with this machine: 1/60 super120 non-mulesing wool.
Additionally, a fulling process during the final stage of fabric production lightly raises the nap, creating a high-gauge melton fabric.
This textile combines a sense of luxury with a rugged feel.
Of course, the wool's functionalities (heat retention, antibacterial properties) are maintained, resulting in a unique wool material with a smooth touch and the stretchiness of knit.
Polyester threads are inserted at regular intervals to create a stripe pattern, and it is, of course, machine washable.
The texture improves with repeated washing, making it a material that can be "grown" over time.
These slacks feature deep pleats.
They are characterized by a moderate width around the thighs and a slightly tapered silhouette.
The front features a "tengu" style waist closure, giving it a dressy feel.
These pants can be worn in any scene.


*Fulling process
A finishing process for wool that densifies the weave and tangles the fibers to create a felt-like texture.

*Non-mulesing wool
Mulesing is a practice of cutting away skin and flesh from the hindquarters of lambs to prevent flystrike (parasitic infestation by maggots) in wool-producing sheep.
In contrast, non-mulesing wool is obtained from sheep raised using gentle, natural methods without the painful mulesing procedure.
